About Us

Apartments Maslina Pag are family-owned and have been operating since 2001.

We are located 5 km from the center of Pag. Our house with apartments is located on land with a total area of 1,700 m2. We are isolated and have no immediate neighbors. The house is 35 meters away from the street and the road and no noise reaches the house. These are the conditions on the basis of which we can guarantee our guests complete peace for the entire family’s vacation. The large yard, full of greenery and a part with olive trees, provides plenty of shade and space for your children to stay, have fun, and play. A spacious closed parking lot for our guests, located in the shade of trees, is another advantage.

Our property offers a unique view of the sea, part of the island of Pag and Velebit in the background.

The Dubrava Nature Park and the significant landscape and special forest vegetation reserve Dubrava – Hanzine begin 200 meters from the apartment. An oasis of greenery, high and steep rocks, beautiful beaches. It is an ideal area for long evening walks.

If you sometimes want more intense fun, 30 kilometers from us is Novalja and Zrće beach, where the fun never stops.

From our apartments you can reach two official beaches. Rozin Bok beach (locally called Dubrava, but on the Internet you can find it also under the incorrect name Bošana) is 450 meters away. About 500 meters to the other side is the beach Bošana (local name Žaba after the rock in the shape of a frog). You can find many beautiful beaches within 1000-1500 meters from the apartment. There is also an unofficial beach near our apartments. We call it the ‘Surprise Beach’ and we will be happy to show it to you when you visit us.
